Members, by a letter dated 15th December, 2023 appearing on page 173, volume 1B of these documents, the chief of staff responds on authority to load in the payroll and indicates that- “It has been brought to our attention that by a letter detained 6th October, you have ordered the chief officer in charge of public service management to loan a certain Gitobu Tunu Gatweri whom you have apparently appointed as an Administrative Officer, employee under the office of the governor.” The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
