"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank the Assistant Minister for the answer given, but in part “b” of my Question, I have indicated that the drainage in Keumbu Town is built to such depths and widths. There is no shop that was built on a road. Whenever there is such an occurrence, the Ministry normally pulls down such structures. It is so deep that the inhabitants of this town are unable even to access the shops. We are asking why it was not done to a narrow width, with an addition of some cover, so that the people who live around that market are able to move freely without the risk of getting injured. Could he explain why they opened it so wide and deep without covering, thereby endangering the population in Keumbu Market?"
