Is the Assistant Minister in order to insist that the shops in Keumbu Market are built leaving no road reserve yet we know about road construction, that if there are structures put up on a road reserve, they are normally pulled down? This is not the case in Keumbu. The Assistant Minister has already done the drainage. We are saying the drainage has not been done in the right way. We do not want to endanger the inhabitants of the market. Is he in order to mix the two issues?"
