    "content": "As I have stated, my name is Evans Mawira Kaaria. I represent a ward called Mitunguu Ward, in South Imenti, Meru County. I am also a second-term serving Member of County Assembly (MCA), and I am the immediate former Leader of Majority of the County Assembly of Meru, of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Party in the Assembly. I was also the Mover of the last impeachment Motion that was prosecuted in this Hon. Senate, where it was deemed that all the accounts were unsubstantiated."
