    "content": "It was acted upon because immediately we went back to Meru, a Petition was brought to the Assembly, requesting that the County Assembly conduct an investigation on around seven CECMs, think three Chief Officer the County Secretary and the Chief of Staff. That culminated to a report of the Joint Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs Committee (JLAC) recommending the impeachment or the removal from office of the County Secretary and the Chief of Staff and also give the MCAs freedom or they were at liberty to introduce impeachment Motions for three CECMs and that was tabled in the Assembly."
