    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me take this early opportunity to thank you for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this Motion. Since Independence, this country has gone through many problems. These problems are lack of equity, equal opportunities for all communities in this country, security and accountability. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance tried very hard to address the issue of equity. The only way you can effectively address this problem in this country is to base everything on the constituencies. The Minister tried as much as he could to ensure that we control as much money as possible at the constituency level."
