    "content": "I believe that we are better off with 222 people being in charge of these funds than one person. I believe it is much better that MPs are in charge of what is going on in their constituencies. After all, there is accountability. Elections are held every five years. Some people believe this is one way of us putting a rope around our necks because, at the end of the day, they will ask for accountability. To me, that is the best way because we will be more accountable to Kenyans."
