    "content": "I would like to urge the Government, through the Ministry of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030, to elevate the role played by the locational committees. We have got committees of the CDF which are paid a percentage of sitting allowance because of the information they gather from the grassroots level. We cannot continue using these CDF committee members because they are only 15. We cannot source all that information from every location. So we have been using locational committees and, to some extent, sub-location committees."
