    "content": "and yet, this country has so many categories of internally displaced people. Apart from the very recent ones of post election violence, we also have tens of thousands of IDPs as a result of the ongoing cattle rustling conflicts. What do we do to those people? Can we also consider them in those funds? If not, could the Minister look for additional funding so that, at least, those IDPs can also be enabled to resettle back? In areas where some hon. Members and communities are trying to look at the resettlement of their displaced communities, could the Government support those efforts? That is particularly in areas where we have joint efforts to open up agricultural schemes that had been abandoned because of insecurity. I think we will appreciate if the Minister could be able to assist in that regard."
