    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. To start with, I did not get the answer that the Assistant Minister is referring to. This is voluminous, but I have not seen it up to now. I wish to interrogate that answer along the lines of the Question that I have asked, which is about girl-child enrolment. From what I hear and what the Assistant Minister has given, there is nothing that the Ministry has done since it was born in northern Kenya, particularly in upper eastern. Would I, therefore, be in order to ask to be given more time to interrogate that document, so as to do justice to this Question?"
