    "content": "The Government recognizes the important contribution that the private sector has made in the process of building our economy over the years. For this reason, we have been instituting a number of reforms to ensure that they play even a greater role. We have, in this regard, come a long way in terms of improving the business environment. As we continue to be reminded by our private sector partners, these are not enough. In this regard, I will elaborate on some of the measures. We are proposing to address some of these challenges while presenting tax policy measures planned for the Financial Year 2009/2010."
