Opinion of the Auditor-General- “In my opinion, except for the effect of the matters described on the basis of the qualified opinion, section of my report, the financial statements present fairly in all material respects, the financial position of Meru County Executive as at 30th June, 2023 and of its financial performance and its cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS)”.
