    "content": "The Governor has been accused of illegally revoking the appointment of Virginia Kawira, CPA as the Secretary and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), County Public Service Board (CPSB). I am aware that the Governor revoked the appointment of Virginia Kawira because she is still a public officer. This is an issue that offended Section 58(3)(b) of the County Governments Act."
