Senators, it is now 1.00 p.m. I would like to first of all notify the Governors’ team of their remaining time, which is one hour 55 minutes, out of the total time of two hours 40 minutes. This will be reflected in the Supplementary Order Paper that will be printed for the afternoon session. The County Assembly team will have one hour 10 minutes out of their total time of one hour 20 minutes. Hon. Senators, the afternoon session will resume at 2.00 p.m., and not 2.30 p.m."
