    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, even after allocating approximately Kshs90 million to each constituency for development, we are going a step further in this Budget to make it possible for every Kenyan to participate in restoring their economy on to a higher growth path, working together to expand economic opportunities and creating employment. In this regard, I have allocated an additional Kshs22 billion, an equivalent of Kshs105 million per constituency as conditional economic stimulus or resilience package towards financing infrastructure development covering education and healthcare and other developments projects."
