I hope this will be his first order of business. We heard the President give his number and the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) and the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) also gave their numbers. However, we still have over 240 unidentified bodies lying in mortuaries with no clue of where they came from. Some of them have been changed in terms of the location they were picked from.
