Indeed, we at the Senate Committee on Roads, Transportation and Housing, which is ably chaired by Sen. Thang’wa, have resolved to invite the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport to give us the Government's position; the Kenya Kwanza Government's position, on tolling on roads."
