    "content": "Along with this is the structure of taxation that is given to IPPs. This one is a very serious part of transparency and governance. How does the national Government choose to tell us which part of the money they collect from KP and any other national grid providers comprises the taxation element and which one comprises the competitive revenue or competitive profit for these companies? We have seen several times when KP complains saying they are overtaxed and, therefore, they want to increase tariffs to respond to that taxation. How is that taxation connected to the core structure of their power-purchasing agreements with other IPPs?
