"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. As I was saying, during his tenure as a Member of Parliament, the constituency that he led happens to be very close to mine. The two constituencies share a very close boundary and a common school. At times, the people raise boundary issues claiming it falls within South Mugirango while others say it is within Bomachoge. But in his time as a Member of Parliament, he would disburse bursaries to people, regardless of where they came from, as long as they happened to be within that jurisdiction. Gusii Region has lost a great son of the soil, a great leader and a public servant who dedicated his life for public service. On behalf of the entire nation of Gusii and the people of South Mugirango, may his soul rest in eternal peace. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
