(a) Under what circumstances was Mr. Samson Mincha Nyanumba shot dead on 22nd May, 2009, the time of the shooting, how many bullets were used and which part of the body was shot? (b) What is the identity of the person(s) who removed the body to the mortuary, the time of removal, the identity of the person who booked the matter at the Occurrence Book as well as the time of the booking? (c) What is the status of the investigations into the killing and has any culprit has been arrested for the crime?"
