    "content": "The establishment of the Direct Sales Settlement (DSS) will give a lot of money to farmers. One thing which is killing cooperative societies in my constituency and other parts of the North Rift is farmers sell their crop and wait forever for their money. Direct Sales Settlement will ensure that immediately payments are done farmers access their money almost instantly. They will no longer wait forever. Most farmers, I included sell their coffee and wait for more than a month for payment. This is the case and yet the money is already paid but is lying somewhere to gain interest and profit for the middlemen, marketers and others."
