    "content": "Parliament appropriates resources, and going forward, I think we should be putting the bulk of money to the education sector so that we have enough infrastructure and teachers. We should not compromise our education at all cost. Let us have the systems in education running. The staff who sit in the Ministry headquarters should relocate and activate the systems. We need to see the Cabinet Secretary and his team in Central, Coast and Rift Valley provinces disseminating this information so that everybody can read from the same page."
