Whether it is abduction or disappearance, it is a brazen attack on the rights of an individual, a citizen and an elected leader. I plead with the Chairman that Tuesday is too far. This is an emergency. An elected leader has been missing for five days. This should be a national crisis. I ask the Chairman to respond not later than this afternoon or at worst tomorrow afternoon, but not Tuesday next week. You can have the answer either this afternoon or tomorrow in the afternoon."
