Hon. Temporary Speaker, there are so many issues that are missing in the Report. I urge the House and its leadership to look at the question of how we vet nominees in an interrogative and productive process so that we do not undertake perfunctory functions, bring reports to this House and endorse them. Nonetheless, I do not know that gentleman. I have no views on him. I do not have a report that can enable me to make an informed decision about him. I leave the matter at that. Thank you very much."
