    "content": "Mr. Speaker, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a statement from the Standing Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations on the alleged kidnap of a Kenyan truck driver, Ms. Florence Wanza Munyao, in the Democratic Republic of Congo on 27th August 2024. In the Statement, the committee should address the following: (1) Explain the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Ms. Munyao.
