    "content": "I have very serious reservations about the announcement I saw the day before, that, we are putting together a committee of almost 200 people to deal with a problem that we caused ourselves. I have asked myself severally, what was the problem with the funding model that we went through when I was in the university? It was very easy for the chiefs, religious leaders and our close family associates to communicate with the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) and tell them the state of our finances. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I feel that these are very important Statements and the committees should endeavour to ensure that they come up with proper answers for us to deal with these issues, once and for all.
