    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to comment on two Statements. I will not go outside what is happening. So, do not worry. On the issue of the state of education, I want to appeal to university students. While they are expressing reservations about the university funding model, it is important now that the technical committee has been appointed. I appeal to university students to propose views on the university funding model. I think we should revert to the initial funding model for university students where all of us were able to access loans by the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) across the country.
