    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, right now, in our country, there is a very worrying trend, where new colleges and campuses of universities that are coming up are actually being headed by people from the regions in which those institutions are located. I happened to be in a senior common room of one of the universities that have been recently created, and the lingua there was, really, worrying. What is the Ministry doing to ensure that our colleges and universities that are coming up are not converted into tribal enclaves?"
