    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, this is a House of traditions. Hon. Kamket raised a pertinent issue directed to the Committee and to a member of the Executive. While we await the response, Members have taken it upon themselves to respond to themselves, which I find unparliamentary. We are debating. Will I be right to seek your guidance for Members to wait for the answer from the Ministry, which can then elicit a response? Otherwise, I find it un-procedural. Will I be right to suggest that we end this debate and wait for the response, which will give us a platform to debate?"
