    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to welcome the students from Mwingi Central to the 13th Parliament. Congratulations for making it to this place. In 1988, I was a Class 8 student. During the transition period from primary school to secondary school, I used to come here and sit in that Public Gallery and watch the likes of Hon. Martin Shikuku debate. So, you are in a nice place. Not every student makes it here. So, you should be encouraged that one day you could also represent Mwingi Central Constituency. I know Hon. Mulyungi would have loved to be here but because of other commitments, I take the responsibility to congratulate you and welcome you as the Member for Mwingi North."
