    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of chiefs is related to the Question asked by the Member earlier. Instead of implementing these changes piecemeal, we have formed the committee that is carrying out comprehensive review of all cadres in all Departments and Ministries. After this Report, we can then implement these changes instead of dealing with chiefs specifically. As for the insurance cover, it is the same committee that is carrying out the study. The moment the recommendations are ready, they will be implemented."
