    "content": "I rise to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee of Finance and Budget regarding the procurement of medical insurance cover of the employees of the County Government of Uasin Gishu for the Financial Year (FY) 2024/2025. In the Statement, the Committee should:- (1) Provide details of the procurement process that led to the awarding of the tender for the provision of medical insurance for the employees of the County Government of Uasin Gishu to Trident Insurance Company. (2) Indicate whether any consultation or participation involving the employees of Uasin Gishu County Government was conducted prior to the awarding of the tender to Trident Insurance Company.
