    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to this important Petition. The transport sector reflects the functioning of the economy. Boda bodas have become pivotal in the nation’s economy and we cannot ignore or fail to regulate them. As much as you have mentioned the policy and legislative aspects of this Petition, I would rather we look at it globally. If it pleases you, Hon. Speaker, you may direct that the Committee looks at the boda boda sector at its global nature so that we can regulate it, bring normalcy and safety to it. With those few remarks, I support. I wish the Committee would act expeditiously on the same. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
