"content": " Hon. Murugara, university fees are not standard because of other additional costs in various universities. In fact, I can answer this question together with the one that was raised on why some public universities’ fees are slightly higher than those of private universities. Other costs, for example, those related to the number of staff that some universities have, are fed in and they become part and parcel of the cost of the particular programme. The short answer is that fees are not standardised. The Member for Kajiado South said that he is tired of demonstrations and that the piloting was wrong.
