I also want to join my colleagues in congratulating the Cabinet Secretary for her appointment to the Cabinet in the tourism docket. Hon. Cabinet Secretary, I want to confirm when the Ministry will likely return the Mama Ngina waterfront to the Mombasa County Government. This property belonged to Mombasa County. The Government came in and improved it, but after the improvement, they took away the title deed. So, we need our title deed back for the Mombasa Mama Ngina waterfront. Thank you."
