    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to congratulate the Cabinet Secretary. We know her as a performer from KenGen and the Ministry she has been having. I am happy that she is in tourism. My question is this. I do not know what plans the Cabinet Secretary has, especially for compensation. In my county of Elgeyo- Marakwet, we have lost many animals through bandits and people. We are also losing crops every day through elephants that are in Rimoi National Game Reserve and compensations have not been paid since 2013 and the farmers are struggling.
