    "content": "Secretaries, if not the number one in this country. Let me also take this opportunity to thank the Director General of KWS, who is here today. The recent recruitment by KWS was the best recruitment ever. You are aware, these days if you are recruited by the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) or the police service, you pay something ‘ kidogo’ . However, the recruitment in Marsabit was done above board. Let me say thank you very much for that. Madam Temporary Speaker, there is an issue in Marsabit about claims. There is an old man called Boroufa Kansab who lost property and this case is with theKWS. I want the Cabinet Secretary to follow up that case. If possible, these people should be paid. We have got millions of shillings that is supposed to be paid to people in Marsabit. They have not been paid. If you go to KWS, they will tell you the money is with the National Treasury. If you ask the National Treasury, they say it has not gone to them. Therefore, I want the Cabinet Secretary to tell us what is happening or not happening between the National Treasury and the KWS."
