    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, there are no sessions that are organized by Parliament or the Executive to allow hon. Members to go around the country. Therefore, it means that for the five years that you are elected or nominated in this House, you are confined to represent the interests and aspirations of the people who elected you or the party that nominated you. Therefore, can we qualify to call ourselves national leaders of this country when we do not know the country itself? When you are elected to represent your constituency, you come to this House and you are confined to that constituency. You speak about a particular road only in your constituency. Nobody in this House, even the Minister answering the Question, has an appreciation of that road. Therefore, it is difficult for somebody to claim that he is a national leader politically by virtue of being a Member of this House, when you do not know anywhere in this country apart from the constituency you represent."
