    "content": " Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. With due respect to my brother and colleague who has moved this Motion, I stand to oppose it. I oppose this Motion because moving Parliament from one location to another does not add any value to the development of this country. Parliament is not a matatu or a bus to move from one location to another. It is a static institution and laws are made in this august House which affects the development of this country. Even the developed countries like the USA and the UK do not move their Parliaments from one location to another."
