    "content": "As we conclude these amendments to this discussion for the Division of Revenue Bill, the colleagues that will sit in the mediation committee will support the Kshs401 billion. We have explained in detail. I am happy that the first time when the Senate Majority Leader was tabling this, he said that the committees are always best suited because they interact deeply with the Bill. They look at the nitty-gritty of the issues. That is why we rejected those amendments."
