"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, there was a point that was raised about the Court of Appeal. I understand why the Court of Appeal rotates because it cuts the costs for the people who attend the court proceedings. That is actually the essence; that they go to those regions, so that those who have court cases in those regions do not have to travel to Nairobi. However, Parliament can sit in Nairobi. Since people are watching us live, why can we not continue with this system and see how it is working before we even think of spending more money to put up regional Parliament buildings, because I am very sure that hon. Members will not sit under trees?"
