"content": " Hon. Speaker, I would wish to ask a question on the Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund. Last year, one of our great teams in Vihiga County, Luanda Constituency, known as Luanda Villa, participated in the Division 1 League and emerged tops. Your immediate former colleague pronounced himself that Luanda Villa was to get Ksh500,000 from the Fund, which was to be given to all the players. That money has not reached the club. Those are young people who felt motivated that by winning the trophy, that money would go a long way in supporting their daily activities. When will Luanda Villa, which is our pride, get the reward they were promised?"
