    "content": "is just that they are the type of people who want to divide the country. That is a matter of attitude. It has nothing to do with travelling. So, we have to get our people to begin to change how they think. If you want to know about the country, you will know about it. We must not give the excuse that national unity has anything to do with ignorance about this country. Some of these people even have taught across the country. So, let us deal with that and when people refuse and see issues of sugar as only Western Kenya issues or Migingo as a Luo issue and not a Kenyan issue, it is because those people are not nationalists. It is not because they do not know. It is not because they do not know that they are Members of a National Assembly and that they belong to one country called Kenya. It is just because they are divisive. What is required, therefore, is to begin to think about how to deal with those kinds of characters to ensure that they do not enter Parliament in the first place. With those remarks, I oppose the Motion."
