    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister has given us the Act that is in play, when he is dealing with the issues of licensing of movies or films. But the answer that he gave us talks about Films and Stage Plays Act, Cap.222. Given the fact that he is labouring with answers to questions that have been raised by various hon. Members, would I be in order to ask that this Question be deferred, so that he can come up with answers that will give us the criteria of banning and rating? That way, we can also help him in propagating it in the constituencies?"
