    "content": "Article 3 provides for the objectives of the Pan-African Parliament which includes giving a voice to the African people in the diaspora. It also seeks to promote the principles of human and people’s rights and democracy in Africa. It encourages good governance, respect for the rule of law, transparency and accountability in member states. It promotes peace, security, and stability in Africa. It also seeks to strengthen continental solidarity, cooperation, development, and build a sense of common destiny."
