"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to support the Ratification of the Protocol to the Constitutive Act of the African Union relating to the Pan-African Parliament. This ratification refers to the formal process in which member states of PAP approve and adopt the legal framework in the establishment of PAP. The Pan-African Parliament is one of the organs of the AU that is aimed at promoting peace, unity, democracy, good governance, human rights, and economic development.
