    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, many of us will remember that Kenyans grappled with technology. Kenya has introduced and adopted technology over time. Vision 2030 is hinged on the adoption of technology to drive this economy as we seek to industrialise and become a major manufacturing country. To do so we need technology. Let me also admit that the first time I touched a computer was when I was in the University of Nairobi. This must have been around 1995. That is when I first saw a computer. I got to work with a computer much later when things had evolved, unlike this younger generation who were literally born and when they open up their minds, they have an electronic gadget in their hands."
