"content": "I went to my cousin Felix and told him that I was in an office where something was coming out of a machine and he told me it is called a fax machine, again, during my time. Now fax machines are almost obsolete. I do not see anyone using them anymore. In this lifetime, so much has changed that I can hardly keep up. That is why if we do not move with the same speed that everybody else is moving with in technology, we will go nowhere as a country. On the issues that we have raised, I want to encourage the Mover to consider them, especially the ones that have been raised by Hon. Oundo so that we build on them. One of the things that this Bill will do is to create jobs. I am launching my book called: “Rig or Be Rigged” on Tuesday, 1st October next week. One of the things that I was doing… As I am organising to do the launch, I am amazed at the level of technology around just launching a book. I just sit back and marvel at the young people doing it. Interestingly, I am hardly using people in their 40s or 30s. I have to use people who are in their early 20s."
