    "content": "(i) Report of the County Public Investments and Special Funds on its consideration of the Audit Reports of various Water Service Companies for the Financial Years 2018/2019, 2019/2020 and 2020/2021; (ii) Report of the Standing Committee on Energy on its Inquiry into the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Explosion in Mradi Area, Embakasi, Nairobi City County; (iii) Development of a Policy and Law for Social Risk Management in infrastructure development projects in Kenya; and lastly, (iv) Consolidation of bursary funds for equitable access to education in Kenya. Those are the four Motions that will be listed on 2nd October, 2024. The projected business for Thursday, 3rd October, 2024 will include business not concluded in the Order Papers for Tuesday, 1st October, Wednesday, 2nd October, 2024, and any other business scheduled by the SBC. From the foregoing and as witnessed in the Order Paper for today, pending business before the Senate is quite high. I, therefore, urge all Senators with business scheduled in the Order Paper to be in the House to prosecute the same. I also urge the Majority and Minority Party Whips to ensure that the necessary county delegations are in the Chamber for the divisions.
