    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I wish not to say more on this Motion. The suffering of people in these counties, Turkana included, is so serious that both the national Government and county governments should come together to see how best we can move forward. This Motion is so critical that if we move now, then even the Senator for Turkana County who presented this Petition here would not have a chance to even comment. He was the one who brought the Petition on behalf of the petitioner.
